  • 30 hours a week - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 9am – 5pm.
  • Permanent part-time role.
  • You would be working in person at our offices on Sansome Walk, Worcester.

  • Morning and evening post, including taking post to the Post Office
  • Other deliveries to the Court, other law firms and other locations as required
  • Answering the phone/ meet and greet clients when primary receptionist is engaged, efficiently dealing with and distributing general enquiries
  • Keeping interview rooms and kitchen tidy and stocked up as necessary.
  • Turn enquiries into leads and pass to appropriate department and send out relevant correspondence
  • Purchasing items from local shops as needed
  • Photocopying, scanning of documents and post on behalf of fee earners
  • Scanning in and storage of new Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
  • Collecting deeds and Wills twice daily
  • Deal with internal and external document requests and delivering them to colleagues
  • Ensuring all document databases are kept up to date
  • Continue with deeds project and document audit
  • Any other tasks that may be reasonably required
