We provide a range of services for mobile home park owners.

One of our partners, Guy Salter, has over 25 years of experience in dealing with disputes in relation to mobile homes. Such disputes include the termination of Written Agreements for example, on the basis of pitch fee arrears or a home being detrimental to the amenity of the site.

We also deal with pitch fee reviews and the setting or amendment of park rules. We are able to apply to the local authority for a Site Licence or the renewal of the licence and to review planning permission for a mobile homes park. We have acted on behalf of parties in the sale and purchase of mobile home parks both locally and in different regions of the country.

We have experience in applications to the Property Tribunal for a Written Agreement and in relation to the objections raised by a park owner to a proposed sale, as well as dealing in the sale and purchase of mobile homes generally.
