Joanna qualified as a Solicitor in 2001 after completing her degree at the University of Birmingham.

Previously part of our Family Law department, Joanna has experience dealing with financial disputes for both married and non-married partners as well as complex cases concerning child residence and contact. She has achieved successful outcomes in difficult cases, utilising her many years of experience with effective problem-solving.

Joanna brings her extensive matrimonial law experience to our Private Client department, where she predominantly handles Probate and Estate Administration cases. Her valuable experience in Family Law enables her to understand the nuances of family dynamics and finances, including dealing with Inheritance Tax and managing assets.

It is often said that divorce lawyers are not just expensive but ridiculously expensive or drag things out to make more money.
