Amanda joined SME Solicitors in June 2021 with over 20 years of experience in Wills, Probate, Court of Protection, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Trusts. She is also able to advise in relation to long-term care funding.

Having previously worked at a local Worcester firm Amanda enjoys the day-to-day variety of work that she sees in the area of Private Client, dealing with any issues clients may encounter compassionately and considerately.

Amanda particularly enjoys helping families in their time of need with regard to probate, as well as guiding clients through the challenges that are faced when dealing with the Court of Protection.

Amanda qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2001 and is also a member of the Society of Trusts and Estates Practitioners. Amanda is also a member of The Association for Lifetime Lawyers, having completed the SFE Older Client Care in Practice Award in 2021.
