Florence is a solicitor specialising in Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney.

Florence trained with a large Birmingham firm and qualified in 2000. She worked for three years in the private client department there before moving to a firm in Worcester where she worked in the Wills and Probate department for a further 15 years before moving to SME.

Florence advises on all different types of Wills including Will Trusts and Letters of Wishes as well as inheritance tax issues. She deals with all sorts of clients including business owners and high net worth individuals and is practiced in dealing with drafting Wills for families with more complicated needs including those with second marriages and blended families.

Florence has a great deal of experience in dealing with Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection work.
