A warm welcome to our newest members of staff

The SME Solicitors team has grown a lot in the last few months! We are thrilled to welcome Lauren Cerri, Sandie Hutchings, Kim Bradley and Jordan Oakes to the team.

Lauren Cerri, Solicitor in our Private Client team, joined us in February this year having previously worked at a large regional firm. She obtained her LLB (Hons) Law Degree in 2015 before completing her Masters in Law and Legal Practice Course with a Distinction at the University of Law in 2017. She specialises in Wills, Probate and Estate Administration and Power of Attorney, working alongside Florence Goodwin.

Sandie Hutchings joins as a Secretary in our Residential Property. She has worked in the legal professional for eight years and has worked in various roles and departments in local law firms. She has experience in Commercial, Private Client and Residential Property law.

Kim Bradley joins our Residential Property team as a Paralegal. Having previously retired from a larger West Midlands firm, Kim has been working in the legal industry since 1981. She has vast experience in Residential Conveyancing and has worked with a variety of clients from farmers to London-based businesses.

Jordan Oakes is a Licensed Conveyancer and joined our Residential Property team in May. He has been working in the legal industry for six years and came to SME from a large national firm. He completed his LLB at the University of Worcester and his LPC at Birmingham City University. He is known for his client-focused approach in handling residential property matters, ensuring that each transaction is handled efficiently and with a high level of attention to detail.
