New leadership roles for SME Solicitors partners

We are delighted to announce that partners Samantha Lloyd and Guy Salter are taking on new leadership roles.

Samantha Lloyd, Head of Private Client and Partner since 2016, is becoming the firm’s new Managing Partner as of 1 April. She has consistently shown excellent leadership skills in managing a busy workload across the department while continuing to serve her clients’ best interests. Not only was she awarded the Worcestershire Law Society President’s Award in 2022 but also led her department to win ‘Private Client Team of the Year’ in 2025. Samantha will drive the firm’s strategy going forward.

Meanwhile, Guy Salter, Head of Business Services and widely known Employment Law specialist, will become the firm’s new Senior Partner. He has over 30 years’ experience advising employers and employees and representing clients in tribunal and court proceedings. Guy’s expertise will assist him in leading and setting the direction of the firm.

Ian Stirzaker, the firm’s current Senior Partner, says, “We are thrilled that Samantha and Guy are stepping into these new roles. The Partners look forward to the firm’s growth and development under their direction.”
