Terms and Conditions: Goods

If you are selling goods you should always be clear about your terms of sale. Those terms should be set out in your terms and conditions of sale.

The terms will, amongst other things, tell your customer what goods you are selling, the costs of those goods, any guarantees you offer, when you’ll deliver them and when you expect to be paid. If you don’t tell them these things you might find you can’t enforce what you believe you should be able to.
