Work experience at SME Solicitors

We regularly welcome work experience students to SME Solicitors and really enjoy their input and the chance to showcase what we do across our different teams in the hope of inspiring them to enter the legal profession. Here, recent work experience student Nick Fearon who will be beginning Year 13 at RGS in Worcester sums up, in his own words, his experience with us:

“Coming on work experience is always a daunting and exciting prospect, so I was taken aback by how instantly I was put at ease by everyone, by the warmth and friendliness of the SME staff. Not restricted to making teas or coffees, I have been immersed into the life of a lawyer I have been able to attend client meetings, and experience how the best in the field work first-hand. What struck me was the meticulous balance between tact and insight that the solicitors brought to their work with clients and the industrious buzz that permeates around the office. My understanding and interest in the law has been piqued by my time at SME solicitors, the reputation of professional with a personal touch certainly rings true!!”
