Specialist commercial & contract lawyer joins SME business team
SME Solicitors has announced the appointment of solicitor Justine Lowe within its Business Services department.
Justine, who joined the Worcester city centre firm of solicitors in Sansome Walk earlier this month, specialises in commercial law services.
Having trained in London and qualified in 1994, Justine made the move to Eversheds’ Birmingham Commercial Department, working for large international companies on many aspects of their commercial law requirement.
Justine’s main area of expertise is contract law to include terms and conditions, contracts for supply of goods and services (buying in, outsourcing etc), agency and distribution agreements, long term supply agreements and general commercial law principles which might affect contracts entered into.
“I believe in taking a pragmatic and commercial approach to business transactions and I hope to be a useful sounding board for companies needing that extra legal input to run their businesses and commercial transactions efficiently,” says Justine.
