We are searching for a Credit Control/Accounts Assistant to support our Accounts department.
The main purpose of the job is to assist the Accounts Manager in the provision of accounting functions to the firm's partners and staff. The job also includes covering for the Accounts Manager and other members of the finance team.
Anticipated tasks include:
- Banking
- Daily auditing process (checking off all transactions from the day before)
- Posting and dealing with disbursements from invoices (InfoTrack/Land Registry)
- Dealing with invoicing, completion statements and any associated issues
- Closing/re-opening files
- Drawing cheques
- Credit control
This is a full-time role, but part-time applications would be considered.
