  • The Worcester Diocesan Registry is at SME Solicitors. Stuart Ness is the Registrar of the Diocese of Worcester and is the Bishop’s Legal Secretary. He is also the legal advisor to the Chapter of Worcester Cathedral.  He works in our Ecclesiastical Department with Jack Smith who is the Deputy Diocesan Registrar.  Part of their work involves the administration of the “Faculty System” within the Diocese as well as advising the diocesan authorities on all types of legal issues.
